This is the on-site study that I did in Biddeford, Maine, for an etching I was commissioned to make. The North Dam Mill has been revitalized and remade as a complex of offices, businesses, and apartments, and building owner Doug Sanford commissioned this print of his building. I was given complete creative freedom and a few months later ended up with the print pictured below, entitled Subterrane. Check the prints page to see it in greater detail.
