Bow Street Divide - Etching - 2008 - 17.25 " x 26 " - Edition 30- $750

Etched on two plates but printed on one sheet, this is the St. John's Church, one of the most recognizable and interesting spots in Portsmouth, NH and conveniently located just up the street from the printmaking studio where I was working at the time. I did the drawing for this print sitting on a stool on the sidewalk, over the course of about 4 afternoons. The construction behind that fence on the left expanded out and closed off the sidewalk completely in this spot only a day or two after I finished- thankfully just in time.
